When I got a new job, I was amazed with how many insurance options I came across. Unfortunately, there were so many choices that I wasn't sure where to get started. However, my human resources manager was nice enough to sit down with me and help me to choose a policy that would fit my family's needs. She talked me through all of the different plans, until I felt comfortable with the coverage.
